Return Policy

Upon receipt of a written request, Convergence will provide a full refund on orders minus a 10% charge for credit card and handling fees for refund requests made up to 30 days prior to the event. Convergence will refund 50% of the order price for refund requests made up to 15 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event are not refundable.

Customer Liability

Customers are responsible for returning rental equipment undamaged and in good condition at the Convergence service desk no later than 1 hour following the posted closing time on the last day of the event exhibition. If equipment is lost or damaged, customers will be responsible for the actual replacement/repair cost of the equipment.

Convergence LLC endeavors to keep the information contained on its cvLeads application up to date and correct but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the cvLeads app for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this application.

Every effort is made to keep the cvLeads application and associated cvLeads web portal accounts up and running smoothly. However, Convergence, LLC takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the application in whole or part being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
